Bond & Morris, P.C. was founded in 1988. It is a multi-generational, family owned law firm devoted to the practice of all aspects of trusts and estates, including estate planning, estate administration, trust administration, tax planning, and litigation. For over 30 years, we have had the pleasure of serving the Rocky Mountain region while building long-term and mutually rewarding relationships with our clients.
Joe is a founding shareholder of Bond & Morris, P.C. and the current managing shareholder. He focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, business planning, and related income tax, gift tax, and estate tax matters. He has received an “AV” peer review rating from Martindale Hubbell. Joe enjoys hiking, skiing, and playing with his grandchildren.
Russ is a founding shareholder of Bond & Morris, P.C. and retired from the firm in 2017. Prior to his retirement, his practice focused on real estate and general business law.
Nick focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related income tax, gift tax, and estate tax matters. He is a member of Fort Collins Group/Rotary, the Larimer County Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Bar Association. Nick enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with his family.
Will focuses his practice on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and related income tax, gift tax, and estate tax matters. He is a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council, the Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Bar Association. Will is a native of Colorado. He enjoys tennis, skiing, and spending time with his family.
Dan assists all Bond & Morris, P.C. attorneys on all matters related to estate planning, probate, trust administration, and litigation. Dan enjoys film, photography, music, and travel.
